Army full-time THIS JOB REQUIRES ENLISTING/JOINING THE U.S. ARMYBy enlisting into the Army as a Helicopter Repairer for either the CH-47, UH-60, or the AH-64 helicopters, you become a part of a team of Soldiers. As a Soldier you secure your future with a career in the Active Duty Army (full-time) and are able to take advantage of all the benefits that serving in the Army gives you. Soldiers in the Army receive a recurring annual allowance for college, guaranteed healthcare for you that includes family benefits for those with a family, and many more benefits listed below. You gain leadership skills, college credit, and job-security by enlisting into the Army that is hard to find in the civilian sector. This is an entry level position with no experience necessary. These helicopter repairers work and maintain the CH-47, UH-60, and AH-64 helicopters and do the required maintenance of these aircraft. Basic Qualifications:Age 17 to 34 years oldEducation Current Senior in High School(HS), HS Diploma, GED, GED equivalent, or higher education level completedCitizenship U.S. Citizen/Permanent ResidentSubmit to background and medical screeningReceive a passing score on the ASVAB Training:Job training for these jobs requires you to attend 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and between 14 and 17 weeks of Advanced Individual Training. Part of this time is spent in the classroom and in the field.
