Project ManagerWe are looking to hire Recruiter / Project Managers to join our team.

You will be responsible for recruiting and managing our field technicians across the country.As a Project Manager for Ultimate you will recruit for and manage key client projects.

Project management responsibilities include: the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope; overseeing all man power aspects of projects; setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of projects; preparing reports for upper management regarding status of projects.The successful candidate will work directly with field technicians to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.May require a bachelor’s degree and/or 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area, familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.

Successful candidate will need to rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks, lead and direct the work of others.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

This position will be located at our headquarters in Kansas City.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of computer skills.
