URGENT HIRING: Recruitment Coordinator

Innovative Systems Group

This is a Full-time position in Decatur, IL posted June 10, 2021.

– Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates and scheduling interviews.

– Assist and coordinate the recruiting activities among the assigned Sources, Hiring Managers and Recruiters.

– Assist in interview scheduling with the hiring managers or administrative assistants.

– Schedule interviews with the prospective candidates.

– Send interview information to candidates and hiring managers.

– 0-2 year of recruitment/human resources job related experience and volume hiring experience and managing a delivery organization with 5 or more resources will be a definite advantage.

– High School diploma; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

– Time Management, general Microsoft office skills, specifically Excel.

Previous exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Candidate Relationship management systems (CRM)

Assist the overall recruiting process for the Resource Industries Talent Acquisition team in Decatur, Illinois.
