Title: General Human Resources Expert 1

Duration: 6 Months Contract Possibility of Extension

Location: Remote

Description:

Responsibilities:
Actively source qualified candidates using internet databases, social media, and employee referral.

Coordinate with Hiring Managers on developing recruiting strategies, reporting on recruiting metrics, and driving continuous improvement.

Conduct prescreening interviews and coordinate interview process.

Attract diverse applicant pool by improving job descriptions and posting jobs advertisements across various job boards and social media channels.

Identifies position requirements and challenges working closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on positioning of these requirement (i.e.

functional expertise, skill sets, competencies, complementary profiles …) Ability to coordinate multiple projects and requests to a successful completion.

Excellent business acumen with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization successfully within a matrix organization.

Possesses excellent interviewing, assessment, selection, and communication skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience recruiting e-Commerce talent in competitive markets at all levels on a Global basis.

Strong understanding of the e-Commerce industry and market trends.

Solid understanding of how to recruit multiple disparate positions simultaneously.

Tact, discretion, and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information.

Sound judgment and able to anticipate needs and problems.

Highly organized, detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and Tools such as LinkedIn and other social/professional medias.
