As a VP, Human Resources, you will be responsible for driving change by aligning human resources programs and initiatives with strategic objectives and annual business goals. 


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong learning orientation 
  • Analytical


  • Drive HR functional excellence through the deployment of programs, ensuring quality of process and controls and content alignment 
  • Manage and develop skills of the HR team to support business initiatives and goals 
  • Lead in the development and application of HR policies, strategies, programs, processes, and systems 
  • Develop, lead, and align overall talent acquisition strategies 
  • Drive unified plans with measurable metrics to support business, financial, and employee goals 
  • Use data analytics by developing and interpreting metrics to drive decision making 


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree strongly preferred 
  • HR Certification or Designation preferred 
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience 
  • 5+ years leading experienced HR professionals 
  • Second language (Spanish or German) preferred 
  • International mindset and inter-cultural experience required 


  • Pay Range: $150-180K
    • Other Compensation: Examples: Sign-on Bonus, Commission 
    • All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors.
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase plan, Professional development program, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required)
