Job Requirements:Skills and Knowledge Required:Expert knowledge of office proceduresComputer skills (proficient use of word processing and spreadsheets as well as other hardware and software systems)Ability to trouble-shoot and resolve minor computer/software problemsDemonstrated good judgment and decision-making skills, with a high emphasis on confidentiality.Well versed knowledge requirements pertaining to payroll processingReading comprehension skillsLegible hand-writing skillsGood math skillsGood verbal communication skillsGood customer relations skills, internal/externalEffective self-directed time management skillsEffective Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software programsTravel: Travel is primarily local during the business day, although very little out-of-area and out-of state travel may be expected.Education and Experience:Minimum high school diploma, with preference for a degree in human resources or accounting.

is currently looking for a Payroll ManagerPosition is located in Billings, MTOverview: The Payroll Manager is responsible for the payroll functions of the organization, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with federal and state regulations.

This position supports all divisions of Warren Transport, Inc., working closely with Human Resources and Accounting personnel.This position reports directly to: Human Resources DirectorThis position reports directly to: Human Resources DirectorEssential Functions:Processes weekly, bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls, producing employee checks and ACH files.Oversees all aspects of certified payroll including prevailing wage and reporting compliance.Reviews and processes weekly hours by job for construction division.Reconciles and remits payroll taxes, HSA and 401k contributions.Processes garnishment & child support wage withholding orders.Provides accurate data entry of new employees and maintenance of changes to current employees.Reconciles, prepares and files quarterly/annual state and federal payroll taxes, W2’s, Forms 1094 and 1095.Prepares and submits new hire reporting to all states with employees.Reconciles all GL accounts associated with payroll transactions.Implements, maintains and audits all software in support of payroll functions.Review/audit of payroll-related policies annually for compliance.Responsible for internal employee communication in the form of checks and payroll stuffers.Benefits:Annual Salary-DOESemi Annual Bonus96 Hours PTO/Paid Holidays401KMedical/Vision/ DentalLife/AD & D insuranceCompany ComputerCompany Cell PhoneIf interested please submitt an application at www.Warrentruckingjobs.Com/employment or call 406-245-8833Resumes can also be forwarded to cashworth@warrentran.com
