OverviewResponsible for partnering with the Business Unit CEO and the Sr.

Leadership Team, the VP US HR, and the site HR team to provide strategic & tactical support in multiple HR functions with a focus on shared services, employee relations & performance mgmt.

Serveas a member of the Sr.

Leadership Team to drive US & ATU HR objectives and to provide advice and counsel to focus on creating innovative HR solutions that support the business strategyResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with the CEO oversee the development, implementation & monitoring of the strategic action plan for ATU Business Units.Partner across US and China leadership team to develop and implement employee engagement/ experience strategies and programsEmployee life cycle development strategy and planning lead.

Assess, identify, source, and implement solutions that lead to talent management and individual development.

Collaborates with US VP HR on Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Organizational Change, and HR Operations to support & implement efficient & effective processes forHR delivery systems at ATU locationsLead employee compensation and reward strategy that encourages longevity, recognition, and individual growth.HR lead for people component of US & international M&A for ATU.Work across ATU geographies to align organization design globally.Develops & monitors HR budget of equipment/materials/supplies for ATU Business Unit.Provides HR KPI to monitor headcount activity and HR performance.

Provide regular report to leadership for awareness and mitigation approaches.

Accomplishes staff results by communicating updated organizational Identify, attract, develop, and retain ATU HR talent.Plans, monitors, and appraises direct reports including performance competencies, goals & jobresults.Coaches, counsels, and conducts disciplinary actions.

Support organizational communication as needed.

Develops, coordinates, and follows organizational systems, policies, procedures, and follows labor and capacity standardsQualificationsExperience / Education HS Diploma or equivalent required and10+ years relevant experience and min 5 years managing people Bachelors’ degree preferred, or combination of relevant Experience & EducationKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:Knowledge of Federal, state and local laws pertaining to personnel administration and various compensation and benefit plans and practices.

Demonstrated success in employee relations, and performance managementProficient in Oral & Written communication skillsNeed to be able to read, write and understand English Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) Travel is required 10%, Domestic/International, Daily / Overnight Physical Requirements:Must be able to work in an office environment with minimal noise conditions.
